In This Update
RMAI loved seeing so many of you in Las Vegas earlier this month. We set record numbers for recent years with over 1,700 attendees at our 2026 Annual Conference! We valued the support of 44 sponsors, enhancing our ability to provide the highest level of education and networking to our attendees. We expanded education this year, with a Monday session and 24 education sessions in total. There were 17 networking events, and we had a filled Exhibit Hall with additional booths outside in the Atrium, for a total of 100 booths presenting services and products for the industry.
RMAI held our Annual Business Meeting Wednesday morning, where we presented our annual awards, recognizing leaders in the receivables management industry. The RMAI Board of Directors awarded the Bud Reitzel Lifetime Commitment Award, the industry’s highest recognition, to Anne Thomas, Chief Compliance Officer of Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC.; the President’s Award to Lou DiPalma, Managing Partner for Garnet Capital Advisors, LLC.; and the Integrity Award to Mitch Williamson, Of Counsel for Barron & Newburger, P.C.
We look forward to seeing you August 4-6, 2026, at our 2026 Executive Summit at the Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. Mark your calendar for next year’s 2027 Annual Conference at the Aria in Las Vegas, February 8-11, 2027.
