This will be a full day of thoughtful discussion, learning, and networking on the latest hot topics within the receivables management industry.   • Written cancellations received between March 3, 2026 and April 17, 2026 will be charged a 50% cancellation based on the amount paid.
  • No Attendee refunds or credits for future events will be made for cancellation requests made on or after April 18, 2026.  This includes no-shows due to weather, travel delays, personal emergencies or illness.
  • RMAI does not offer cancellation credit toward future events, including Annual Conference, or Executive Summit.  Fees may not be redirected to other RMAI programs including education, certification, advertising or membership.
  • Attendee registrations MAY be transferred to another individual within the organization.  Submit requests to [email protected]

RMAI reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration that conflicts with our mission or the interests of our members. Registrations may be reviewed at our discretion to ensure alignment with these standards.

Attendees must agree to register under the company name for which they primarily conduct business and must not have been denied access to an RMAI event under their current or other organization with whom they have been affiliated.

RMAI prohibits unauthorized audio and video recording at any of its meeting and events including conferences, educational opportunities, seminars, symposiums and networking sessions.
