Shelly joins FE with several years of industry experience working on behalf of accounts receivable management companies. Shelly will serve in the capacity of a law clerk and will move into an attorney position once completing the bar examination in 2025.
Shelly has focused heavily on keeping up with the evolution of the ARM industry in the digital age, earning a micro-credential in data privacy and cyber security law during her tenure at law school. It is this trajectory that led her to serve as the Chief Compliance Officer for an ARM-focused Fintech company that aims to change how consumers navigate their financial health. Shelly’s leadership in this role showcases her ability to navigate multiple complex regulatory landscapes from all lenses, while continuing to contribute to the work our firm puts forth in fostering an industry-wide culture of compliance and integrity.
