Warning re: Attendee List Scammers and Room Pirates: RMAI never sells its exhibitor or attendee lists, and no third-party is authorized to distribute or sell any RMAI event-related lists. If you’re sending multiple attendees from your company, we offer discounted group rates.  Discounted registration is available when booking in the RMAI Aria room block. Discounts will be applied at check-out.

  • Attendees 5 and more are offered a 50% discount

  • Written cancellations received by September 23, 2026 will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee.
  • Written cancellations received between September 24 and November 30, 2026 will be charged a 50% cancellation based on the amount paid.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellation received on or after December 1, 2026
  • Due to commitments required of RMAI, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
  •  Attendee registrations, golf and pickleball may be transferred to another individual within the organization.

If you need to update your registration, you may do so any time through the registration portal:

  1. Return to the registration portal and select “Edit My Existing Registration.”
  2. Log in using your confirmation number (26-###) and the email address listed on your confirmation (e.g., [email protected]).
  3. Click “LookUp” next to the attendee’s name.
  4. Make any necessary updates to the attendee information and proceed through checkout.
  5. A new confirmation will be generated once your updates are complete.

Please note that you must be registered for the Annual Conference in order to book within the RMAI room block. RMAI staff will follow up with anyone who reserves a room without completing conference registration, and such reservations will be subject to cancellation if registration is not finalized.

RMAI does NOT work with outside vendors to book rooms at the Aria. Scammers have become very sophisticated, so always be cautious! The only notifications you receive will come as email reminders from an RMAI staff member. ONLY book hotel rooms through links in our website or by calling the Aria directly.

In 2025, Marriott International and MGM Resorts formed an agreement to create MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, which encompasses seventeen of MGM Resorts’ unrivaled destinations, including the Aria Resort in Las Vegas. Marriott Bonvoy members are able to enjoy Marriott Bonvoy benefits when they book MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy hotels through Marriott’s booking channels. As of April 22, 2025, Marriott Bonvoy benefits will be awarded for Marriott Bonvoy Events through all MGM Resorts group booking channels. Learn more on MGM’s website.

As part of RMAI’s commitment to being an inclusive organization, and to foster the participation of a diverse group of attendees, we have communicated with the Aria about special accommodations which may be of value.

  • Gender Neutral Restroom – The family restroom will be available as a gender neutral restroom.
  • Lactation Rooms – Two lactation rooms are located in the conference area.
  • Accessible Rooms – Accessible rooms and suites are available, as well as rooms equipped with lifts. Additional equipment is available upon request. Contact the Aria re: accessible rooms and any additional equipment needed.

Start your networking early with a day of golfing (shotgun start) with your peers.  Enjoy legendary golf in a spectacular setting, starting with a 9:00 AM tee time and beautiful day outdoors.  The outing takes place at TPC Summerlin, one of Las Vegas’s premier courses and a host of PGA TOUR events, known for its challenging design and stunning desert landscape. This opportunity is limited to 100 attendees, so claim your space today. Golfers must be registered for Conference to participate.

Mulligans will be available for purchase on site.  Golf club rentals are available for $90.  Reserve clubs by contacting the TCP Summerlin at 702-256-0111, before January 25, 2027.  Limited quantities available.

Groups purchasing a foursome must provide complete contact information during registration and are responsible for notifying their players directly. Individual players will be placed by RMAI into balanced foursomes with a mix of company types to create the best networking opportunities. Please note: RMAI does not provide listings of registered golfers for pairing requests.

Due to financial commitments required by RMAI, no refunds or credits for future events are offered for golf.  This includes no-shows due to weather, travel delays or illness.  Golfers may be substituted in advance for another individual within the same organization.  Submit changes to [email protected].

RMAI is an inclusive organization that fosters the participation of a diverse group of employees from all member companies in all RMAI networking activities, educational programming, and committee service. To that end, RMAI created the Annual Conference Scholarship.

The scholarship is open to all receivables management professionals employed by RMAI member companies, who have never attended an in-person RMAI event (i.e., Annual Conference, Executive Summit, or regional event) and are viewed as emerging leaders in their organization.
