Quick Facts

  • Written cancellations received by September 22, 2026 will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee.
  • Written cancellations received between September 23, 2026 and November 30, 2026 will be processed minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the booth amount.
  • NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received on or after December 1, 2026.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show exhibitors, including cancellations due to weather, travel delays or illness.

Exhibitors shall use the Attendee List solely for advance marketing related to the 2027 Annual Conference. Exhibitors shall not add Attendee List information to any database, nor disclose it outside of their organization. The Attendee List is provided exclusively for Exhibitor’s use and does not extend to sister or affiliated companies. Exhibitors shall not send excessive communications to attendees, defined as no more than three (3) unsolicited contacts within thirty (30) days pre and post conference unless express written consent is obtained from the attendee. Violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of access to future Attendee Lists and a penalty of $3,000 per occurrence for members and $5,000 per occurrence for non-members.

Hosts must ensure all meeting participants are registered for the Conference.

FastTrack Lounge – Free
Open to all conference attendees, the FastTrack Lounge is located on the conference level and designed for quick, focused meetings. Check in with the Lounge Concierge on-site to receive your table assignment and make the most of your 30-minute meeting slot. Low tables with seating for four or standing highboy tables are available. Not available for advance reservation, on-site only.

Available Tuesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM. 

Connect Lounge – Free
Lounge is a free, open space inside the Exhibit Hall designed for casual meetups and networking on the go. Equipped with tables and chairs for small groups, it’s the perfect place to catch up with colleagues, meet new contacts, or continue a conversation that started in a session or on the exhibit floor.  Drop in anytime during exhibit hours to make connections, exchange ideas, and build relationships in a relaxed and accessible environment—no reservations required.

VIP Lounge – $5,000
Secure a semi-private lounge located in a secluded section of the exhibit hall, featuring a couch, two side chairs, and a coffee table. Perfect for hosting client meetings, networking, or recharging away from the busy floor.

Executive Lounge -$1,000
Connect with prospects and clients in a focused, semi-private meeting space just steps from the exhibit hall—away from the hustle and bustle of the casino. A limited number of tables, each seating 4–6, are available throughout the conference. Reservation includes reserved table access for the full duration of the event (Monday 3:00–6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM) and limited food and beverage service.
