Exhibit Team Registration
Exhibitors are required to register their team through the online registration portal. The portal will open in early October, at which time exhibit team registration may begin. To utilize one of the complimentary or prepaid registrations associated with your organization, please select the Booth Staff checkbox during the registration process.
Once all complimentary and prepaid registrations have been applied, the system will automatically calculate and apply any eligible tiered exhibitor discounts. If your organization has a preference regarding which individuals receive complimentary or prepaid registrations, we recommend registering those attendees first.
All exhibit team members must be registered in advance of arrival to ensure proper credentialing and badge printing. Onsite registration may result in delays.

Registration Discounts
Tiered pricing is determined by two factors: the registration period (early, standard, or late) and booth size. Discounts are applied based on the total number of attendees from each company.

How to Edit or Change an Existing Attendee Registration
If you need to update an existing registration, you may do so at any time through the registration portal:
- Return to the registration portal and select “Edit My Existing Registration.”
- Log in using your confirmation number (27-###) and the email address listed on your original confirmation (e.g., [email protected]).
- Click “Lookup” next to the attendee’s name.
- Make the necessary updates to the attendee information and proceed through checkout.
- A new confirmation email will be generated once your updates are complete.
Please review your updated confirmation carefully to ensure all details are accurate for badging purposes.
Cancellation Policies
Exhibit Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received by September 22, 2026 will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee.
- Written cancellations received between September 23, 2026 and November 30, 2026 will be processed minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the booth amount.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received on or after December 1, 2026.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show exhibitors, including cancellations due to weather, travel delays or illness.
Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received by September 23, 2026 will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee.
- Written cancellations received between September 24 and November 30, 2026 will be charged a 50% cancellation based on the amount paid.
- No refunds will be made for cancellation received on or after December 1, 2026
- Due to commitments required of RMAI, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
- Attendee registrations, golf and pickleball may be transferred to another individual within the organization.
Attendee Listings
Book In the Aria Room Block
Reserve your room via the RMAI Website beginning October 1, 2026 and closes January 11, 2027. For changes to an existing reservation, please review your confirmation email for details on how to contact the Aria directly.
Group rates as listed do not include applicable taxes and $40 daily reduced resort fee. Group rates are for single/double accommodation. Please note, if there is no space remaining in the room block, you will receive the best available rate.
Rooming Solicitations
RMAI does not work with outside vendors to secure hotel reservations at the Aria. You should never be contacted by any individual or company claiming to book rooms on our behalf. All official hotel communications and reminders will come directly from an RMAI staff member.
Any unsolicited calls or emails offering to assist with hotel reservations may be fraudulent and should be treated with caution.

Membership Renewal
To qualify for member rates sponsor organizations must be an active member in good standing at both the time of sponsorship commitment and at the time of the 2027 Annual Conference. Membership renewal invoices are issued October 1, 2026 with a December 31, 2026 renewal deadline. Failure to renew membership by the deadline will require the sponsor company and any additional paid attendees to remit the cost differential between the member and non-member rates prior to attending the conference.
