April 3, 2020: Today, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office released FAQs concerning the Emergency Regulation the office issued on Friday, March 27, 2020. RMAI strongly recommends that all of its members who engage in debt collection in Massachusetts read and comply with the provisions contained therein.
