Executive Lounge (fee applies)
Our Executive Lounge is moving to a larger space within the Education Hall, to increase capacity and make more space available for meetings.  Improve your conversations by meeting with prospects and colleagues in a semi-private meeting space in our Executive Lounge. Don’t have your discussions interrupted by noise and distractions in casino outlets. Reserve a table with 4 chairs, and start scheduling your Conference meetings.

FastTrack Lounge (free)
The Fast Track Lounge is free for all attendees and makes it easy to hold quick, focused meetings without leaving the conference. Located on the conference level, semi-removed from the Exhibit Hall, the Lounge features convenient 30-minute tables—perfect for connecting with colleagues, clients, or new contacts.

Simply check in with the Lounge Host, who will direct you to a table for your use. Choose from seated tables for four or standing highboys, and take advantage of this dedicated space to build relationships, engage in meaningful discussions, and collaborate just steps away from the main conference activities.

Quick Connect Lounge (free)
Looking for a convenient spot to sit down for a quick conversation? The Quick Connect Lounge is a free, open space in a separated area of the Exhibit Hall, designed for casual meetups and networking on the go. Equipped with tables and chairs for small groups, it’s the perfect place to catch up with colleagues, meet new contacts, or continue a conversation that started in a session or on the exhibit floor.

Drop in any time during Exhibit Hall hours to make connections, exchange ideas, and build relationships in a relaxed and accessible environment—no reservations required.

Conference Level VIP Lounge (fee applies)
Secure a semi-private company lounge in a secluded section alongside the Exhibit Hall—perfect for your team to meet, recharge, or host informal conversations away from the main crowd. Each lounge is comfortably furnished with a couch, coffee table, and two side chairs, providing a relaxed and professional space for connections.

Lounge access is available during key conference hours: Monday 3:00–6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Wednesday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. With only 10 lounges available, availability is extremely limited. Reserve early to ensure your spot and give your company a dedicated hub right inside the conference.
