Nathan also serves on the RMAi AI Working Group and is on his second term on ACA’s Technology and Innovation Committee. Nathan has also completed courses through MIT’s Sloan School of Management; “Artifical Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy” and “Organizational Design for Digital Transformation”. With over 21 years of experience in Compliance, Tim Collins joined InDebted, a company whose mission he strongly agrees with, to ensure that consumers worldwide have the best debt collection experience possible. Before joining Indebted, he worked at TrueAccord, Corp. as their Chief Compliance Officer to rapidly scale their Audit, Compliance, and Legal Departments. Prior to TrueAccord, Tim worked for Convergent Outsourcing as their General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer tasked with leading the Audit, Compliance, IT Security, Legal, and Training Departments. He was also the Director of Compliance for Hyundai Capital America, in charge of designing and implementing HCA’s corporate governance and compliance programs. Kelly Knepper-Stephens is Vice President of Legal and Compliance for TrueAccord. Her work focuses on government regulation, compliance, and civil litigation. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for the Receivables Management Association International and is an ACA Certified Instructor. Collection Advisor Magazine named Kelly one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Collections in 2018. June D. Coleman, Managing Attorney for the California Office of Messer Strickler, Ltd., is a defense litigator with more than 22 years of experience. Her areas of emphasis include defense of consumer rights actions involving the FDCPA, TCPA, and FCRA. She has a deep understanding of permissible debt collection conduct and how best to defend claims and minimize liability in the collection industry. She is also familiar with governmental investigations and prosecutions, including those conducted by AGs and the CFPB, as well as defending collection attorneys before the California State Bar. Since 2008, Ms. Coleman has been voted by her peers as one of the top lawyers practicing in Northern California and Sacramento, earning her a spot on the Northern California Super Lawyers list; the “Best of the Bar” list by the Sacramento Business Journal, and the “Top of the Bar” list by the Sacramento Magazine. Ms. Coleman has also been recognized by Accounts Recovery as one of the leading attorneys in the collections field for her defense work. Ms. Coleman is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney. Rebekah Luebcke is Vice President of Operations for Crown Asset Management, LLC. In her role, she oversees the team of Relationship Managers who support both the Litigation and Agency networks that service Crown’s consumer credit portfolios, empowering performance through data and systems education and navigation of portfolio nuances. Her team serves as a liaison between and an advocate for the servicers and the various departments within the organization. Before her work with Crown, Rebekah spent nearly 15 years gaining experience in the collections, payments processing, and revenue cycle management industries. Porter Heath Morgan is an attorney and advisor who partners with clients to help unlock their people and their leadership and compliance initiatives. Heath is a third generation collection attorney who has grown up in the industry and has 19 years of in house counsel experience for collection agencies, collection law firms, debt buyers, healthcare providers and technology companies. Heath is passionate about training and education and is a frequent speaker for ACA, NCBA, RMAI, and serves on the ACA Council of Delegates and is a founding member of the Colorado Creditors Bar Association where he serves on the board of directors and as the CLE Committee chair. Heath is licensed in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar. Saket Sahoo is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience and a proven track record of leading organizations through significant growth, while ensuring healthy profitability and sustainable development. Saket’s most recent role was President & COO at Global Credit & Collection (Affinity Global) from January 2020 to January 2023. Prior to his role at Affinity Global, Saket was Vice President at CBV Collection Services Ltd. (Eli Global) from November 2015 to December 2019. Before that, Saket was the Executive Vice President at Astra Business Services Ltd. from January 2010 to October 2015. From July 2006 to December 2009, Saket was Director – Offshore, Asset Management Group (Sallie Mae) at Arrow Financial Services, LLC. Rozanne Andersen, J.D., serves as Finvi’s Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for leading Finvi’s corporate efforts and response to the CFPB’s launch of compliance examinations in the ARM industry. Rozanne’s advocacy work on behalf of the credit and collection industry has resulted in landmark legislation and regulation at both the state level and the federal level with regard to the FDCPA, FCRA and HIPAA.
