RMAI is preparing a special Executive Summit for you, packed with opportunities to network and cultivate relationships with friends and colleagues.
Start off with golf or education on Tuesday, then continue into our opening reception in the evening. Participate in a full day of education on Wednesday and a half-day Thursday, to gain first-hand legal, legislative, and regulatory updates and industry insights on the latest topics and trends affecting your business. If you are pursuing or renewing your CRCP designation, you can earn education credits.
Executive Summit provides networking opportunities throughout the event with top-level executives, and quality education sessions presented by receivables management industry leaders. Don’t miss our special private event excursion to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Wednesday evening!

Attendee Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received between April 3, 2023 and May 10, 2023 will be processed minus a $100 administration fee.
- Written cancellations received between May 11, 2023 and June 30, 2023 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee amount.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after June 30, 2023 including weather, illness, or personal emergency.
- Due to commitments required by RMAI, no refunds are offered for golf at any time, but registration may be transferred to another individual.
- Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to [email protected].

Sponsor Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received by May 12, 2023, will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee.
- Written cancellations received between May 13, 2023, and June 19, 2023, will be processed minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received on or after June 20, 2023.
- Sponsorship fees are non-transferable.
