Ford from Nevada.  The conference will be held February 7-10, 2022, in Las Vegas.  2022 marks the 25th consecutive year holding the RMAI Annual Conference.

The informal discussion for the Keynote Session will cover a variety of issues such as attorney general accomplishments in 2021; 2022 priorities in general and, in particular, issues impacting the credit practices industries; involvement in the state legislative process; benefits of working with industry; and the nuts and bolts of responding to an attorney general formal investigation. RMAI is delighted to bring to its membership the opportunity to connect with Attorneys General Wasden and Ford during the Keynote Session.

He has served in the Attorney General’s Office for more than 28 years, starting in 1989 with his appointment as a deputy assigned to the Idaho State Tax Commission. He was later promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff before winning his first election to the office in 2002.
