December 9, 2022 (Sacramento, CA) – Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) has selected Maxwell & Graves Solutions, LLC (M&G) as an authorized audit provider for the RMAI Receivables Management Certification Program.  The purpose of the Certification Audits is to ensure that Certified Receivables Businesses (CRB) and Certified Receivables Vendors (CRV) conform to the Certification Standards.

The Audit Committee designates authorized audit providers based on demonstrated excellence in the subject matter related to the Certification Program. Currently, there are 11 Authorized Audit Providers.

RMAI’s Receivables Management Certification Program offers professional designations to businesses and individuals operating and employed within the receivables industry. Collection agencies, debt buyers, collection law firms, vendors, brokers, and their employees can earn designations. RMAI launched the Certification Program in 2013 with a stated mission to “provide enhanced consumer protections through rigorous and uniform industry standards of best practice.” Celebrating its tenth year in 2023, the Certification Program is highly regarded by regulators and legislators. Many companies make earning a Receivables Management Certification Program designation a requirement for doing business.

“We are pleased to welcome M&G as an authorized audit provider for the RMAI Receivables Management Certification Program,” said RMAI Executive Director Jan Stieger. “We thank them for their membership support of RMAI and look forward to their involvement with the RMAI Receivables Management Certification Program.”
