PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 13, 2021 – Corporate Advisory Solutions (“CAS”) today announced the promotion of three deal team members.

Nick Ciabattone has been promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President. Since joining CAS in 2015, Nick serves as lead deal support on selected M&A transactions and engagements. He has participated in numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as various portfolio/company valuations, consulting and compliance assignments.

Mickey Kaiser has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. Since joining CAS in 2017, Mickey has taken on increasing engagement support responsibilities for selected M&A, valuation and consulting engagements.

Drew Sacher has been promoted from Analyst to Senior Analyst. Since joining CAS in 2019, Drew has provided administrative and transaction support on various M&A, strategic consulting, valuation and regulatory compliance engagements.
