We moved our date! Out of concern for the health and safety of our guests and to enable more people to attend in person, RMAI has taken the unprecedented action and is moving the date of our Annual Conference from the second week of February to April 12-15, 2021. With COVID-19 cases expected to continue rising over the winter and new lock-downs and travel restrictions anticipated, this new date is in the best interest of both the safety and the business interests of our attendees. With vaccines on the horizon, we believe an April date will enable us to provide you with the best possible conference experience that many more of you will be comfortable with and able to attend in person.
We are still offering a hybrid conference experience for those who prefer to attend virtually in April. We are also working closely with the Aria to ensure we follow all necessary health and safety precautions and social distancing protocols for our in-person guests. April weather should be even better for our Taco Tuesday on the Terrace event, and our Cabana Crawl out by the pool!

Attendee Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy
- Registrations may be reassigned to another individual within the organization by logging into the registration portal.
- Written cancellations received by December 6, 2020, will be processed minus a $50 administration fee.
- Written cancellations received between December 7, 2020 and February 2, 2021, will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee amount.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after February 3, 2021.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees, including cancellations due to weather.
COVID-19 Related Cancellations
RMAI and Aria are taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe gathering for those attending the 2021 RMAI Annual Conference in person. RMAI is also offering a virtual attendance experience for those not traveling to Las Vegas. RMAI will reissue Live registration as Virtual registration for written cancellation received on or after February 3, 2021, citing valid federal or state COVID-19 orders preventing travel. RMAI will process full registration refunds if the 2021 Annual Conference is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note, we have heard reports of scammers offering to sell our conference attendee list. RMAI does not sell its exhibitor or attendee lists, and no third-party is authorized to distribute or sell any lists related to our events. Any claims of this sort are fraudulent. If you receive a message making this kind of claim, do not engage and delete the message.
