The Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) is forming a new forum which we are calling the RMAI Legal Affairs Working Group. The group will serve as an organized setting for attorneys who are employees, partners, or owners of RMAI member businesses. This new forum will create an opportunity to engage in dialogue and identify problems and solutions related to the practice of law within the receivables industry, as well as discuss:
- New legal theories
- Recent case decisions and legal developments
- Amicus recommendations to the RMAI Board
- Networking opportunities
- Developing ideas and/or content for webinars, articles, member alerts, and presentations
This working group is open only to attorneys. As this is a Working Group, all attendees are expected to participate and contribute to the discussions.
