Meeting Space

Host private meetings with attendees and clients just steps from the main conference area. Rooms are available in full or half-day increments, Monday through Thursday, and include door signage and water service. Due to limited availability, each group may reserve one full day or up to two half-day sessions. Meeting host must ensure that all meeting participants are registered for the conference.  Please note: Meeting reservations do not qualify as sponsorship and do not count toward the minimum sponsorship required to receive the attendee listing.

Host Deliverables:

  • Work with Aria for electrical needs.
  • Arrange food or beverage needs through Aria Banquet Services.
  • High-resolution (300+ dpi) logo in AI, or EPS format for listing on, website, pocket guide and program book.

Connect with prospects and clients in a focused, semi-private meeting space just steps from the exhibit hall—away from the hustle and bustle of the casino. A limited number of tables, each seating 4–6, are available throughout the conference. Reservation includes reserved table access for the full duration of the event (Monday 3:00–6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM) and limited food and beverage service.

Secure a company lounge in a shared space within a secluded area of the exhibit hall—perfect for your group to meet, recharge, or host informal conversations away from the crowd.

Each lounge includes a couch, coffee table, and two side chairs.  Includes meeting space on Monday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM.  Availability is limited. Reserve early to ensure your spot.  Meeting host must ensure that all meeting participants are registered for the conference.  Please note: Meeting table reservations do not qualify as sponsorship and do not count toward the minimum sponsorship required to receive the attendee listing.

Space is limited to groups who are interested in holding company meetings (awards programs, vendor updates, etc.) in conjunction with the Annual Conference.  Meeting space conveniently located adjacent to the Annual Conference exhibit hall and education sessions.  Registration benefits contingent upon group meetings.

RMAI Deliverables:

  • Up to four hours of complimentary private meeting space on Tuesday, February 11, 2026.
  • Limited additional meeting space available for purchase.
  • Single Discounted (50%) Conference registration.
  • Room set of your choice (rounds, classroom, etc.)
  • Company identification sign at the door.

Host Deliverables:

  • Cover costs of food and beverage (including water), electricity, and audio/visual.
  • Ensure all meeting participants are registered for the conference.
  • High-resolution (300+ dpi) logo in AI or EPS format for signage.
  • Requested Meeting Date, Start Time and End Time, Expected number of network members for meeting.

Space is limited and by invitation to Creditor Members who hold client meetings in conjunction with the Annual Conference.  Meeting space conveniently located adjacent to the Annual Conference exhibit hall and education sessions.  Benefits contingent upon company holding client meetings.

RMAI Deliverables:

  • Up to two half-days of complimentary private meeting space to hold client meetings.
  • Single complimentary Conference registration
  • Room set of your choosing (rounds, classroom, etc.)
  • Requested Meeting Date, Start Time and End Time, Expected number of network members for meeting.
  • Additional meeting space at the rate of $300 per half-day.
  • Discounted registration for additional attendees from your company.
  • Company identification sign at the door.

Host Deliverables:

  • Hold client meetings.
  • Cover costs of food and beverage (including water), electrical, and audio/visual.
  • Provide RMAI with your logo in a high-resolution (300+ dpi) JPG or vector format for signage.
  • Ensure all meeting participants are registered for the conference.

Sponsor Deliverables

Logo

The sponsor agrees to supply their logo within 10 business days of invoice. Provide a high-resolution (300+ dpi) logo in JPG, PNG or vector format.  Logos received after December 1, 2026, are not guaranteed inclusion in the program book.  Email logos and descriptions to [email protected] and [email protected].

Attendee Listings

As a sponsor, you will receive three advance attendee listings and one final post-event listing of registered attendees with contact information (restrictions apply; see Terms of Use). Below are the key dates to add to your calendar for tracking these distributions.

All listings will be sent to the primary contact named on the sponsor agreement. This individual is responsible for sharing the information with their team and ensuring compliance with the Terms of Use.

Advertising Specifications

Advertising commitments must be scheduled for fulfillment by December 31, 2027.  Any advertising that remains unscheduled after the deadline is void.  Advertising associated with sponsorships is non-refundable. Sponsor agrees to abide by the Advertising Policies and Production Specifications in the RMAI Ad Kit.

Team Registration

Sponsors are required to register their attendees through the online registration portal. The portal will open in early October, at which time exhibit team registration may begin.

Once complimentary or prepaid registrations have been applied, the system will automatically calculate and apply any eligible tiered sponsor discounts. If your organization has a preference regarding which individuals receive complimentary or prepaid registrations, we recommend registering those attendees first.  Note not all sponsorships include registrations.

All team members must be registered in advance of arrival to ensure proper credentialing and badge printing. Onsite registration may result in delays.

Tiered pricing applies to any attendees after complementary registrations (which are based on sponsor level).  Discounts are applied based on the total number of attendees from each company.

Membership Renewal

To qualify for member rates sponsor organizations must be an active member in good standing at both the time of sponsorship commitment and at the time of the 2027 Annual Conference. Membership renewal invoices are issued October 1, 2026 with a December 31, 2026 renewal deadline. Failure to renew membership by the deadline will require the sponsor company and any additional paid attendees to remit the cost differential between the member and non-member rates prior to attending the conference.
